• Social media tokens: OAuth access tokens for your connected Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and Google Business Profile. These tokens allow us to post on your behalf.
• Communications: Messages you send us through support channels.

We also collect information automatically when you use our services:

• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent)
• Device information (device type, operating system)
• Usage data (features used, posts created, engagement metrics)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create, manage, and operate your Ottomax account
• Generate and publish AI-created social media content on your behalf
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, post confirmations, account alerts)
• Send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
• Provide customer support
• Improve and develop our services
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Social Media Account Access

When you connect your Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business Profile account to Ottomax, we request permission to:

• Read your business page and account information
• Create and publish posts, images, and captions on your behalf
• Access basic engagement metrics (likes, reach, impressions)

We will never post content that you have not authorized through your subscription plan. You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time from your dashboard. Disconnecting will immediately revoke our access to your accounts.

We do not sell or share your social media tokens with third parties, except with our authorized service providers (such as our social media posting API provider) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Third-party companies that help us operate our services (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, social media posting APIs, AI image generation). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion, allowing you to reactivate your account. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@ottomaxai.com.

Post history and analytics data are retained for 12 months from the date of posting.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
